If Ibiza continues to rhyme with fiesta - its string of giant discos welcomes the most famous DJs every year - it is nevertheless a destination that reserves its share of surprises: heavenly beaches and coves, breathtaking hiking trails, rich and very ancient architectural heritage, and high-flying gastro tables in particular. Welcome to the white island!
