The customer declares that he/she has taken all appropriate measures to protect his/her own data and/or software from contamination by viruses circulating on the Internet. The customer acknowledges that he or she browses on mypetitfute. com at his or her exclusive risk.

The cost of using the remote communication technique is the following: with the exception of the purchase price of the customized guide Petit Futé (digital / paper), the customer must provide Internet access fees to access the mypetitfute. com website. This cost is paid directly by the customer to his Internet service provider.

For any difficulty of use, our services are available from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, at the number +3315369797000. The services on this site are described as explicitly as possible. Updates may occur at any time without notice. The photographs, drawings and texts are for illustrative purposes only and do not enter into the contractual field.

Once the order has been placed by you, the Nouvelles Editions de l'Université will send you an order confirmation by e-mail as soon as possible, including all the information you have communicated including:

  • the essential characteristics of the service ordered
  • the indication of the price including all taxes, including the price of the service ordered as well as the amount inclusive of the participation in delivery costs (including VAT)
  • where applicable, any difficulties or reservations relating to the order placed
  • the contract is concluded only after confirmation of the order by e-mail

Article 4: Price

Prices are quoted in Euro, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. The services are billed by the Nouvelles Editions de l'Université on the basis of the online rate applicable at the time of registration of your order.

The applicable VAT rate, if there are any, is the one prevailing on the day of your order. Shipping costs are also indicated on the website, all taxes included. In the event of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, customs duties or other local taxes (local VAT, customs tax, import duties, etc.) may be payable. These rights are the exclusive responsibility of the customer and are his sole responsibility both in terms of declarations and payment to the competent authorities.

Article 5: Payment

Orders, whatever their origin, are payable immediately, in Euros, thanks to a secure payment system. The payment of purchases is made by credit card or Paypal.

Orders are usually shipped within 96 hours of payment receipt. However, delivery times are given only on an indicative basis but the seller undertakes to do everything possible to achieve delivery as soon as possible.

For deliveries outside mainland France, the books ordered are imported into the country of destination by and under the responsibility of the customer. It is up to them to obtain the necessary information from the local authorities concerned and to ensure that they comply scrupulously with the specific formalities for importing books into the territory of the country of destination. Any customs charges or local taxes are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.

The paper version of the customized Petit Futé guide cannot be sold separately from the digital version of the customized Petit Futé guide.

Article 7: Security

In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, the latter may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

Books must be returned in the condition in which they were received by the purchaser.

In the event that your Petit Futé customised guide is not produced correctly (i. e. exclusively for the cover, bad printing/insertion or non printing / non insertion of your photos according to your order) your compensation is limited to the reimbursement of the price paid by you. Any additional compensation is excluded. Any defect in the production of your custom made Petit Futé guide must be invoked as soon as possible, and no later than 10 working days after receipt. Only the receipt of the confirmation e-mail with an order number confirms that the order has been received correctly.

Les Nouvelles Editions de l'Université offers no guarantee that the Internet will be accessible or that it will function without interruption or error. The Internet is an open network in which the Nouvelles Editions de l'Université make every effort to protect your confidential data. However, the Nouvelles Editions de l' Université cannot guarantee, neither the confidentiality of your digital photos, nor the maintenance of this confidentiality during their transfer, nor ensure that third parties will not have access to them and the information contained in your order.

Article 8: Right of withdrawal

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Article 9: Legality of customization content

Les Nouvelles Editions de l'Université reserves the right not to honour orders that violate public order or morality.

The client declares that he/she has full rights to the photographs included in his or her customised Petit Futé guide and will ensure the consent of the third parties photographed.

The customer expressly agrees and under his sole responsibility not to use the services of this website for pornographic, paedophile, racist purposes and more generally infringing the rights of third parties in any way.

The customer is informed that Les Nouvelles Editions de l'Université reserves the right to communicate elements of personalization and personal data of users to the authorities entitled to receive them, in particular in the context of legal, judicial or regulatory proceedings.

Article 10: Personal data of the customer

The knowledge of nominative information is necessary for the delivery of the Nouvelles Editions de l'Université, in particular for the sending of deliveries. Petit Futé, its logo and any other brand or logo appearing on the www.mypetitfute.com website are registered trademarks protected by the legal provisions applicable to intellectual property rights.
Any reproduction, even partial reproduction of the www.mypetitfute.com website is prohibited.
The models, drawings, logos, objects and images proposed by the www.mypetitfute.com website are the property of the Nouvelles Editions de l'Université and are protected by intellectual property rights.
The customer acknowledges that the use he/she may make of personalized guides is strictly limited to private use.
The reproduction, marketing, distribution and publication of personalised guides are strictly prohibited and may constitute acts of counterfeiting punishable by criminal and civil penalties.

Article 12: Legal dispute - Applicable law

Online sales made by the Nouvelles Editions de l'Université are governed exclusively by French law.

In the event of a dispute with professionals or merchants, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article L211-4 Consumer Code
The seller is obliged to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery. The seller is bound by the warranty for latent defects in the goods sold which render them unfit for the intended use, or which diminish their use so much that the buyer would not have acquired them, or would have given them only a lesser price if he had known them.

The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect.
